This guide shows how to sell a recharge ticket from the TuniMobile app.
Before you start
- Your account is activated and you know your credentials.
- Your balance is sufficient for the amount requested.
- Your printer is switched on and connected (see Connect the mini printer).
Steps
- Open the TuniMobile app and log in.
- Choose the operator the customer asks for: Ooredoo, Orange or Tunisie Telecom.
- Choose the amount: 1 DT or 5 DT.
- Confirm the sale. The ticket prints within seconds and the amount is deducted from your balance.
- Hand the ticket to the customer: they dial the printed code to top up their line.
Reprint a ticket
If printing failed or the customer lost their ticket, open the sales history, find the sale and choose “Reprint”.
