Our services
Acceptance of the terms: These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the TuniMobile platform, its mobile app, the online reseller area and the API (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you accept these Terms without reservation.
Description of the Services: TuniMobile is a platform for distributing electronic phone recharges intended for merchants, sales agents and businesses in Tunisia. It makes it possible to sell recharges from the operators Ooredoo, Orange and Tunisie Telecom, to print or reprint tickets, and to track sales and the balance in real time.
Opening an account: Access to the Services requires opening an account, which is approved by TuniMobile after verification of the information provided. TuniMobile reserves the right to refuse a registration request.
Account, balance and payments
Prepaid balance: The Services operate with a prepaid balance. Each recharge sold is deducted from the account balance. No sale is possible when the balance is insufficient.
Topping up the balance: The balance is topped up by bank transfer or bank deposit, or by any other means accepted by TuniMobile. A deposit may show as “pending” until the bank confirms the funds.
Margin and tiers: The reseller earns a margin on each recharge sold. The margin level depends on the tier assigned to the account, which is determined by the amount of deposits. The current terms are communicated by TuniMobile and may change.
Recharge prices: The face values of recharges are set by the operators.
Credentials: The account holder is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all operations carried out from their account. Any unauthorised use must be reported to TuniMobile immediately.
Obligations and prohibitions
Proper use: The account holder undertakes to use the Services fairly, in accordance with the Tunisian legislation in force and these Terms.
Prohibited activities: In particular, it is prohibited to: resell or transfer access to one’s account to a third party without authorisation; attempt to gain unauthorised access to TuniMobile’s systems or to disrupt them; use the Services for fraudulent purposes; reproduce, copy or exploit the app or the API outside the intended scope.
Sanctions: In the event of a breach, TuniMobile may suspend or close the account concerned, without prejudice to any legal action.
Service management and liability
Availability: TuniMobile makes every effort to ensure the availability of the Services, but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to incidents at the operators or technical service providers.
Support: A support team assists users by phone and through the contact form, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Liability: TuniMobile cannot be held liable for indirect damage or for service interruptions attributable to the operators, the networks or a case of force majeure.
Intellectual property: The TuniMobile brand, the app, the website and all of their content are the property of TuniMobile. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.
Changes to the terms: TuniMobile may change these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this website.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Tunisian courts.
